Our designers capabilities at ArchiGrow range from conceptual design and sketch proposals through to detailed design and management plans. We design soft and hard landscape elements in rural to urban environments. We can provide drawings for planning applications and construction, and can project manage works on site under contract.
Our design approach is based on our understanding of site context, client vision and operational needs. Our ability to harness strengths from our various disciplines such as urban design, ecology and historic environment allow us to produce holistic and integrated design solutions.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS
A collaborative process is the best way to create something that the client connects with, so there are certain things we will need from you along the way.
Get In Touch
We’ll start with a chat about your site and design direction.
Plan
We’ll work with you to put together a custom plan of action for the site design.
Design
We’ll take care of everything from conceptual design to the final plans and visualization.
Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions till Satisfied. We’ll deliver plans and 3D renders.
The Timeline
The design will take between 5-30 days depending on the scope of work and extent of the site.
1) PAYMENT
You agree to pay 50% deposit of the total cost at the start of the project before any work is started. The remaining 50% you agree to pay upon completion of all deliverables. We agree to transfer all final design files once the final invoice payment has been received. You agree to pay the amount due within 7 days at the date of invoice.
2) ADDITIONAL COSTS
If the scope of work changes during the project, additional costs may incur. We will submit any price charges prior to beginning such tasks.
3) CLIENT APPROVAL
Upon acceptance of the work, you accept responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used eg. printing. We are not responsible for errors occurring in this work, or projects related to this work.
4) CANCELATION
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice. Upon cancelation of this contract, you agree to pay for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.
Should you choose to cancel this project after the project completion, you will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.
5) FEEDBACK REQUESTS
Feedback requests must be responded to within 24 hours excluding weekends, or the project will automatically be put on hold. The original deadline will terminate and a new deadline will be established upon your availability.
